Anyone (school personnel, friends, parents etc.) can submit a request for funds to My Neighbors Foundation (MNF) on behalf of a student. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Obtain a MNF Request Form from:
2. Complete the MNF Request Form
3. Submit the MNF Request Form by:
- Returning it to your school guidance counselor
- E-mailing it to Linda Price at lindaprice@myneighborsfoundation.org
- Faxing it to Linda Price at (410) 374-2277
- Mailing it to My Neighbors Foundation P.O. Box 477 Monkton, MD 21111
Funds are reviewed and dispersed on a case by case basis.
Once MNF has approved the request you will be contacted directly by Linda Price or your school guidance counselor.
